    Yes. Once the VITAL Concierge service has connected the provider and patient, the Concierge will drop off so that the clinical consultation can continue without interruption.

  • Can I notify the VITAL Concierge service in advance of my online consult?

    Of course! Once you know the date and time of your online appointment, you can e-mail the VITAL Concierge service at concierge@vitaltelehealth.com and the Concierge will automatically connect you to your healthcare provider.
