VITAL Web
VITAL Web is a secure telehealth web application, facilitating real-time connections between patients and their clinicians directly from their personal computer (PC). VITAL Connect transmits information to the VITAL WEB. This is a clinician’s gateway into accessing patient information such as vitals, weight management, rehabilitation etc.
Many health care providers and clinicians prefer to not use instant messaging and would rather have a telehealth call or check in on their patients by looking at their real-time vitals. Regardless of whether the patient is managing acute or chronic health conditions, they can access the medical attention they require through this platform. This gives clinicians the opportunity to interact with patients using the internet. VITAL Web Combines interactive communications with industry- standard connectivity using USB, WiFi and Bluetooth wireless technology. It empowers patients to use their own PC to interact and send important health related information to their providers.
VITAL Web is a convenient and secure way for clinicians to check in on their patients with real-time data. This allows patients to be virtually monitored by their clinician while carrying out their daily routines from the comfort of their homes. By offering more frequent access to patient records, VITAL Web reduced the necessity for multiple in-person appointments for monitoring the patient.
