VITAL Augmented Reality (AR) is a mobile app designed for Apple iOS & Google Android that engages patients in completing interactive exercises and activities that promote general health & without requiring any equipment.

By utilizing the built-in camera of a smartphone or tablet, VITAL AR utilizes machine learning and pose detection algorithms to detect movement and verify that patients are completing their daily exercise programs in a safe and effective manner. In addition, VITAL AR enables patients to connect their mobile device to their TV wirelessly in order to fully optimize their interactive experience. As a result, patients are fully immersed in their exercise programs while improving their overall health.

The integration of VITAL AR into the VITAL Telehealth Platform has created an innovative, comprehensive, and proven approach to supporting Tele-Rehabilitation by extending the clinic into the home environment while
creating a new standard for convenient and frequently monitored physical therapy.

VITAL AR Enrollment form
The VITAL Augmented Reality (AR) enrollment form allows participants to register for a free VITAL AR account that can be used with the VITAL AR mobile apps for iOS and Android or the VITAL AR app for Windows 10/11. Upon completing the form, you will receive an e-mail notification with your login credentials.
NOTE: Date of Birth (DOB) is an optional field. If you choose to enter your DOB, then our algorithms will be able to optimize your program and provide greater insight into your progress and improvements in your health condition.
NOTE: The Gender field is an optional field. If you choose to identify your gender, then our algorithms will be able to generate performance data that will allow you to better assess your progress and improvements in your health condition.
