VITAL Connect
Synced to every VITAL device, VITAL Connect uses Bluetooth technology to seamlessly organize and update measurements to the VITAL Telehealth Platform. VITAL Connect will notify patients of any changes since their last recording, and let them know that their vital signs are either normal or out of range. These records will be embedded on the patient’s next MeVi overlay during video communication with a health care provider so that the provider can monitor and manage the patient accordingly
MeVi

VITAL Medical Video (MeVi)

Enables more convenient and frequent interactions between patient and provider. This enhanced remote video communication capability improves the quality of health care immeasurably. Real-time secure chats with flexible, robust, role-driven security model environments replace the inconvenience and limitations of office visits with a provider for routine health monitoring and management. With VITAL MeVi, patients have peace of mind knowing they receive the attention they need while providers have the flexibility and comfort to properly communicate with and monitor them.
PAT
The VITAL Patient Assessment Tool (PAT) is a messaging application that utilizes industry-standard Extensible Markup Language (XML) files to present patients with interactive content for specific disease or health management programs. PAT supplements an effective and comprehensive telehealth experience by allowing patients to complete daily, weekly and monthly and ad hoc assessments so that providers can effectively monitor and manage patient progress.

VITAL Rehab

In combination with VITAL TV, is a remote in-home physical rehabilitation and exercise system. Utilizing motion-sensing telerehabilitation software and a next-gen motion-sensing sensor, VITAL Rehab enables patients to do physical therapy and exercise under the supervision of their provider, physical therapist, physiologist or by themselves in the comfort of their own home. The integration of VITAL Rehab into the VITAL Telehealth Platform has created the new standard for convenient, in-home, monitored frequent physical therapy. Better yet, with gamification of rehabilitation exercises, patients can have fun along the way!

The VITAL Steth

Application allows health care providers to remotely conduct remote “live” pulmonary and cardiac examinations. VITAL Steth includes the option to record these examinations for providers to listen to later on at their convenience. VITAL Steth runs smoothly within the VITAL MeVi application so that patient and provider can securely video chat during the examination. Using a USB connection, the VITAL stethoscope is an intuitive, simple plugand-play device that anyone can use.

VITAL Meds

Utilizes video to create a short recording when a patient is taking prescription medications and transmits it to a provider for verification. This encourages high prescription adherence – a crucial component of any health care plan. Meds also allows patients to manage a medication calendar and to monitor their medication history, creating an all-encompassing prescription app

The VITAL Health Book

Brings patient-empowering videos and on-line resource information to the patient’s personal platform device and individualized health care plan. The videos effectively communicate and reinforce the key messages and learning objectives designated by the health care provider to a wide range of patient ages, cultures and literacy. The online resource reference section of VITAL Health Book allows patients to connect to appropriate public clearing houses and associations that are instrumental in providing evidence based knowledge and information regarding acute or chronic illness, general health and wellness topics. In conjunction with the VITAL Telehealth Platform, Health Book truly allows patients to take their health care into their own hands

The VITAL Recovery

Remote physical wellness application allows patients to perform monitored exercise routines in the comfort of their own homes. Patients can choose their trainer (Avatar), workout music, and a beautiful 3D environment for a personalized interactive experience. During each interactive session, the Microsoft Kinect sensor monitors patient movement and tracks exercise and motion repetitions. VITAL Recovery encourages compliance by allowing the patient to score points for proper form. VITAL Recovery collects all performance data and uploads the information to the VITAL Telehealth Platform for retrospective review and analysis by the patient’s health care provider.

VITAL Cognition

Is a digital health gaming application for cognitive and physical rehabilitation that is easily accessible, improves adherence and positively impacts patient health care outcomes, resiliency, wellness and quality of life. Expanding and enhancing communication between providers and clients for managing care and tracking progress, VITAL Cognition provides comprehensive realtime analytics that improve team member – patient communication, eliminate duplicate reporting and provide unbiased reporting. VITAL Cognition entertains, engages, educates and challenges the physical and cognitive skills for patients of all ages and abilities. The goal is to make participation in rehabilitation and wellness programs more fun, meaningful, engaging and cost-effective. VITAL Wound Care

Allows patients to gather crucial wound images and data for retrospective monitoring and analysis by a provider. Its image calibration technology allows a patient to regularly and remotely record the depth, length, width, surface area and other important relevant information concerning an external wound, injury or skin infection. This allows a provider to remotely keep track of the patient’s healing rate and progress and avoid unnecessary clinical visits.

VITAL Web

Is a real-time web-based telehealth application that enables patients living with acute or chronic health conditions to be connected to their providers using a secure internet connection through their own personal computer (PC). Using VITAL Connect, VITAL Web provides patients with the interactive ability for health management using the Internet. VITAL Web combines interactive communications with industry-standard connectivity using USB, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth wireless technology. It empowers patients to use their own PC to interact and send important health-related information to their providers.

VITAL Patient IVR

Is an interactive telephone telehealth solution that is designed to support low risk patients with chronic disease concerns. IVR is patient friendly. It allows the patient to call into the automated system at any convenient time. The phone call is answered with a friendly, clear voice that instructs the patient on how to answer the health assessment and biometric questions either by voice or use of the numeric keypad on the phone. When the session is completed, the patient responses are transmitted to the clinician so that the patient’s progress can be monitored and managed accordingly
